Distinguished members of the management team of AVD and the National Federation of Self-Employed Associations, ATA, and renowned personalities from the academic and entrepreneurial fields enriched the debate with valuable reflections on the present and future of direct selling, sharing their experiences with entrepreneurship in Spain.
The relevance of this conference is highlighted in the context of the recent IPSOS reports on entrepreneurship in direct selling, which have yielded specific data that demonstrate the growth and strength of direct selling in the country. One of the most outstanding statistics was that Spain is positioned as the fifth country in the European Union with the highest income in direct selling.
Similarly, according to WFDSA Stats’ Annual Global Direct Selling Report, the sector generated more than 688 million euros during 2022 in Spain, where 77% of direct selling professionals expressed satisfaction or high satisfaction with this activity, according to INE data. In Spain, 94% of direct selling affiliates feel aligned with the brand they represent, and 53% of direct selling affiliates have more than four years of experience.
